Starting from Business-45, entering Corsicana southbound: (coming from North/Dallas)
Turn RIGHT on the light/intersection with East 1st Avenue (you go directly through a railroad underpass). After the railroad underpass turn again right on North 9th Street (no outlet) and follow the road to the end. Gioia Circle, one of the earliest Navarro Habitat construction sites, is located directly off of North 9th Street to the right.

Starting from Business-45, entering Corsicana northbound: (coming from South/Houston)
Turn LEFT on the light/intersection with East 1st Avenue (you go directly through a railroad underpass). After the railroad underpass turn again right on North 9th Street (no outlet) and follow the road to the end. Gioia Circle, one of the earliest Navarro Habitat construction sites, is located directly off of North 9th Street to the right.
